All papers and elements are from Maryse Vincent's Blue-tiful Seabreeze kit. You can still get most parts of it here. The "squirt" alpha is included in Maryse's kit. The font used on "little" is Scriptina combined with Atomic Cupcake's foamtext action and the font used for the journaling is Zombie.I think this a very versatile layout, so I made it into a template for you.
