Saturday's Sweet Treats

Today is Chris' 33rd birthday, and what did we do all day? - worked in the house and went to the home depot. Poor guy. But he did get some fabulous gifts. Instead of a bunch of small gifts from each individual family member, the whole family got him a new PC, office chair, and iPod. After all he can always have a party next year.

The hang and level

Thanks to Inewhouse and Starwarsfans98 I found what I was looking for: the hang and level. I had read about it on Miss Mint's blog and now realized that I desperately need it. Since we started packing I noticed how many picture frames we actually have. They are nicely grouped so one really doesn't notice, till now...Can you believe we have 31 in the bedroom alone? And most of them are in IKEA frames, which is why it isn't so easy to hang them as a group and most other solutions don't work (thanks to all the other ladies that commented some fabulous hanging up solutions). Have you ever tried hanging up frames with that stupid wire in the back of the frame that is at a different place for each and every frame... I drives me nuts. That is why I just ordered my hang and level.

Freebie Friday

Can you believe that Chris and I just packed 26 boxes of books?... and we still have more books, we're just out of boxes. We decided to move the boxes bit by bit every weekend so it stays manageable, after all we live on the 5th floor right now. We now only have 4 more weeks to go till we move.
Btw, a while back I read on someone's scrapping blog about a very helpful little tool to hang up pictures. If I remember correctly it was yellow/orange plastic, cost about 20 bucks, and you could hang the picture frame on it so it would show you the exact spot to put the nail in. Now I can't for the life of me find a link to it. If you know what I'm talking about, please point me in the right direction. 2x 2x

Have a happy weekend
