I'm back from IKEA. And I ordered our kitchen with all the appliances 20% off -yay. I saved €500,-! And turned around and bought a living room shelving unit for 700... I tell you my brain just stops functioning when I'm at IKEA. But the way I see it is, I would have bought the kitchen anyway, sale or no. So basically I got a wall to wall ceiling to floor storage place for most of our books and all of our games for only 200,-€. And I still saved us a ton of money by planning and installing the kitchen by myself. And it's going to look fab-u-lous. I picked black-brown bottom cabinets with white glass top cabinets, steel appliances, and am topping it off with a glossy white counter-top with steel trim. The back-splash will be semi-transparent glass with LED lighting behind it. Oh, I can't wait. Here is a similar kitchen from the IKEA home-page.
Anyway, enough about me and IKEA, you want freebies, don't ya?

congratulations on your deal for the kitchen. I love IKEA too and wish there was one closer to me. Can't wait to see what your kitchen looks like when you get it all done. I'm enjoying your decorating blog too!
Thanks for always making the freebie lists for us!!
Really cool kitchen you will have. Thanks for sharing all of your cool freebie finds.
That kitchen looks awesome! There is an IKEA a few hours away from us... someday I'm going to make a trip there!
Thanks for the freebies :)
I just visited your remodeling blog and you are AMAZING!! Love what you are doing! Janet
lol I had to comment to your save and your find. Hubby gave me $300 to buy tires once, I got great tires for $150 and took the rest shopping! I read him your story and he says that is a great place but it sounds like my kind of shopping and hes glad there isnt a store like that near us lol Thanks for all the freebies you find for us daily.
The new kitchen looks great. Have you ever thought about finding an Ikea Support Group for your addiction!! LOL
That is a great deal and the kitchen is going to look awesome! Thanks for the great list!
Oh I love that kitchen...so cosmopolitan!
I am amazed at everything ya'll are doing on your own!
Lots of groovy freebies today!
Thanks!
Gorgeous kitchen! I have been wanting to get IKEA's red ABSTRAKT kitchen ever since I moved here (in March), but I haven't been able to make it happen yet, I'm happy for you and jealous all at the same time!
Oh, I live at a 5 min drive from IKEA, and love it! (I'm portuguese)
Thank you for all the freebie links. As a learning digital newbie, this is so helpful!
Love your kitchen-to-be! We're heading to IKEA here in Atlanta tomorrow. I want to pick up a couple of TROFAST systems to organize my son's rooms (especially the 7 yr olds Lego collection!).
I'm an IKEA addict too... even since I discovered them in 1991. Don't know how I lived without them before and jumped for joy when they finally opened one down here (my original find was the one outside of Washington, DC).
Have a great weekend and thanks, as always, for your stellar freebie hunting!
WOW want a deal! I love IKEA too...there is one about 2 hours from me so I do a stock up sale when I go...Thanks for all the searching you do.
Rumor has it that we are getting an Ikea where I live. I'm sure that I will become addicted! =)
That kitchen is awesome! We're hoping to do an Ikea kitchen this year as well. Might have to keep an eye on yours for inspiration, ;)
I also wanted to nominate a freebie I haven't seen on your list yet.

How nice you got a deal at Ikea - I think you should buy stock in the company! lol! I wanted to than you for all of the wonderful leads you send us on daily. You are the best finder!
I came across this site tonight and I have never been there before. She has so many Christmas items and even goes back to Harvest time. Her elements are very different and very nice. I don't know her, or anything so I have any reason to send you this. Thank you again for all of the wonderful freebies you send me to!

Your kitchen sounds great! We did an IKEA kitchen too - glossy white and glass front upper cabinets. They've held up too - it's been 6 years.
LOVE seeing the progress you're making on the house - can't wait till it's all done. THanks for the great links today - I've got a template on my blog today - http://www.blog.scrapbookingresourcecenter.com/.
