Monday Carneval Madness

**** breaking news****breaking news****breaking news****
Damien went a whole day without diapers and had no accidents. Hip-hip-hurray!
And we didn't even encourage him to. He decided this morning that he didn't need diapers anymore. I hope it stays like this now. What a difference a day makes. Yesterday he was a all diaper boy who wasn't even interested in sitting on the toilet and today he went an entire day without diapers. Amazing.

On to the freebies. My google reader still has more then 200 entries waiting for me, but I am out of time and going to bed. Tomorrow we are still off work (Mardi Gras) and will work in the house.

Now that is breaking news! It pretty much happened like that for Ryan and right about the same age too! He never did go back!

We put pull ups on him at night and in about 3 months he could go through the night too!

Party on Damien!

Any ideas of what you want for your house warming gift? I will do as much as you want! It would be fun to have some in Damiens room too!

Congrats to Damien! Such wonderful news. Can't believe you get off Mardi Gras - envious. In New Orleans they turn it into a five-day weekend. :-)

Good job, Damien!! As a mom who just went through potty-training with my little boy, I can definitely understand your excitement. We went through the same thing, too. One day, he was happy wearing diapers and could care less about the potty. The next day, he quit using diapers altogether! What a great feeling that is! Congratulations.

Thanks, too, for all the great freebies you hunt down every day. You're awesome!! :)

What a huge accomplishment! My youngest little guy is 33 months and shows NO signs of even being aware of bodily functions, much less having an interest in the toilet. Gonna be our summer project, me thinks.

Congratulations, Damien! To quote a catchy commercial jingle, "you're a big kid now!"

Ok.... I am SOOOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOOO jealous of you! I still have 2 kids under 2 1/2 years old.... and I DON'T enjoy potty training! LOL! Can I send 'em over to your place? Ha ha!

Just wanted to say 'thanks' for your great list (that I check A LOT!!!!!) and also let you know that I have a BRAND BRAND BRAND NEW Blog of my own now at http://bethbydesign.blogspot.com.

I didn't know how your googlereader thing worked (yes... I'm rather new to everything blog related!)but I really wanted to let you know that I would be offering freebies there.... and that you might want to check it out sometimes.

I'm a CT member for Kim Broedelet.... so you'll see links to my freebies sometimes from her blog too.

I have a Valentine's Day Card set up right now for people if they like it - brag book sized pages.

Thanks! I really do like your blog. I did one of your Meadow challenges (you are so talented) and I loved the pirate party invites and layouts. TFS.

Congratulations Damien and Mum. My boy is just about to start full time school now, but I can still remember how excited I was when he finally "got it" - I even scrapped it.
