Last day to participate

Todays is the last day to participate in the current Meadow challenge. Here is a preview of the fall wallpaper that will be given away as a participation gift. It's made with W&W's Swirling Leaves kit.
For details about the challenge click here.

Thursday's freebies

I only have a few freebies today, 'cause I ran out of time. I went with Damien to IKEA after work and we got home late, so he went to bed even later which left me with less free time. Hopefully more tomorrow.

Super Saturday

I'm back from IKEA. And I ordered our kitchen with all the appliances 20% off -yay. I saved €500,-! And turned around and bought a living room shelving unit for 700... I tell you my brain just stops functioning when I'm at IKEA. But the way I see it is, I would have bought the kitchen anyway, sale or no. So basically I got a wall to wall ceiling to floor storage place for most of our books and all of our games for only 200,-€. And I still saved us a ton of money by planning and installing the kitchen by myself. And it's going to look fab-u-lous. I picked black-brown bottom cabinets with white glass top cabinets, steel appliances, and am topping it off with a glossy white counter-top with steel trim. The back-splash will be semi-transparent glass with LED lighting behind it. Oh, I can't wait. Here is a similar kitchen from the IKEA home-page.
Anyway, enough about me and IKEA, you want freebies, don't ya?

I wish all a happy weekend. Have fun scrapping :-)

Oops, ran out of time

I don't know how it happened, but I am out of time today and didn't go freebie hunting yet. I did however put up the new challenge at the meadow. So take a look and maybe participate.
Tomorrow I have to get up early as my dad is going to pick Damien and me up with his truck (and the trailer hooked up too) to go to IKEA :-)). They are having a big 20% off kitchen appliances sale here in Germany. Our new kitchen will have all IKEA appliance except the fridge. This is going to save us so much money (that I can turn around and reinvest in more IKEA furniture, ha-ha). I'll tell you all about it tomorrow.

Thusdays Freebielist

Thank you for your sweet and supporting comments. You sure made me feel special :-)
