The challenge is over

The challenge I hosted over at the Meadow is over. You can read all about the winner layout here.
This sure was an exciting experience for me, having never hosted a challenge before. I am especially proud that so many entries came from scrappers that have never participated in challenges before. That sure brought back a lot of memories.
I can remember the first challenge I participated in like it was yesterday. No wonder, it wasn't even a year ago. Actually that is the reason I started this blog. Here's the story: I had just discovered digital scrapbooking and found Maryse's blog on which she gave away beautiful digital kits as daily downloads. One day Maryse was having a layout challenge on her blog and I wanted to participate. So I made a digital layout (one of my first), but had no idea how to send her a link. I hadn't discovered free galleries such as DST yet, so I just sent it to her via email. She then actually posted my layout on her blog. I was so excited about that, I just had to shout it to the world. And what better way to do that than start a blog?

Several of my fellow scrappers at China Digital Scrapbooks have asked if you are going to have this available for sale.
