I'm sorry you had to miss your trip, but very glad you are on the mend. Sinus infections are awful. I use a saline nasal spray 2x a day and that has cut down on the number of sinus infections for me. When I do get one, I use a netti pot to irrigate the nasal passages. It seems to help things clear up quicker.
Thanks for posting all the great freebies. Your list is the best, as far as my taste goes, that I have found.
