Today winter storms are blowing throughout Germany and most parts of Europe, it’s snowing in southern Texas, and in the last couple of days more than 170 Australians have lost their lives due to horrific bush fires. It’s news like that which gets you thinking about the world we live in. It breaks my heart when I see the reports about Australia in the news.

I love your blog. I don't know if I've said this before, but I think it is fabulous.
We are very sad about the bushfires. The death toll is now over 180, over 5000 people are homeless, and there are many, many people with terrible burns. It is heart-breaking. There are also many fires still burning.
