I hope you found some great sales today. With my parents being in the States at the moment, they actually got up at 4am this morning to buy a laptop. Can’t wait to hear if they got it. My mom even went to an IKEA a couple days ago to bring me back a catalog as a souvenir. She is the best :-)
While hunting for freebies, I watch TV shows and news in a little window in the corner. I love internet TV. These last two days I have been watching the terrorist attacks in Mumbai. It breaks my heart to see the meaningless bloodshed, so many innocent humans lost their lives. It makes me angry that we live in a world where terrorists believe that they can influence the outcome of elections and provoke wars.

I usually read your blog in my reader, so this is the first time I've seen your new header. I like seeing your smiling face.
I have been heartsick about Mumbai too. It was sad to be celebrating Thanksgiving here in the states, knowing what was happening in India. I accidentally saw some graphic photos yesterday when I was searching for info on Patrick Swayze's battle with cancer. All I could do was cry.
I always look forward to your freebie list. You are a great huntress. :-)

There are truly so many things to be grateful for, but our world has sooo far to go...the tragedy in Mumbai is another sad reminder of this. My heart breaks.

I have been just sick about the people in Mumbai as well. Our newspaper this morning showed a picture of a Mother sobbing over the loss of her two children in the attacks. It just breaks my heart. And it makes me so angry. I just don't understand how the terrorists can't see that what they are doing is so wrong.
I hope with all my heart that we will find a way to change things for our children's futures.

Thanks for all the lovely freebies, I just can't stop downloading - LOL.
My two best friends arrived in Mumbai just a couple of hours before the terrorist attacks. Luckily they are safe, but it is just a coincidence, that they didn't decide to stay overnight at one of the hotels, which were attacked.
I agree with Jodi and the others, we all mourn the losses in Mumbai -it is just so senseless and tragic.
